Above listen to the sounds of White Cockatoos and if you look quickly, under the brush is a Water Hen running from the camera..
And these noisy critters are bats, nesting by the thousands, taking over these trees along the river.

nice work mum. the bats were creepy.
I am not too fond of the bats either..but they are unique and fascinating..
I hate it when they visit our own trees in our backyard for fruit at night. The noise drives us "batty" :) and the walls of our house get covered in their you know what!!
Jayne associates them with demons and witches.
